Shipping

We recognise that shipping costs have increased over the last year and are doing our best to keep them as affordable as possible. Please consider grouping purchasing with family or friends to share the shipping costs and keep it affordable. If the prices go down during the season, we will pass that directly on to you. 

We only ship within New Zealand.

• Shipping is charged per carton.
  
• There is a minimum order of 3x 2.5L plants or 10x 1L plants.
• One carton can hold a maximum of 9x 2.5L plants, or  25x 1L plants, or a combination of 1L and 2.5L pots.  

• Cost of one carton: 

• North Island = $31.30
• West Coast, Marlborough, Nelson = $30.10
• Otago = $17.30
• Southland = $22.45
• North Canterbury = $30.05
• Mid Canterbury / Christchurch = $22.50
• South Canterbury = $22.50
• Kaikoura = $29.90 + $8.75 R D Fee

• All rural delivery items will have an additional $8.75 charge per carton. If you are unsure if your address needs the additional charge please get in touch so I can check for you. The Aramex classification of rural delivery can differ from NZ post.

Refunds

Please ensure that you have selected your plants carefully as we do not exchange or refund returned plants. If however your plants are damaged in transit, please do not accept them from the courier. The courier will then return them to us and we will replace them if the plants are still in stock, or refund them if they are out of stock.
